Meeting of the Board of Directors & 14th Annual General Meeting
(AGM) of BFTI for the FY 2024-2025 were Held on 21st December 2025
at the BFTI Conference Room. Mr. Sk. Bashir Uddin, Honorable Adviser, Ministry
of Commerce, and Chairman, Board of Directors (BoD), BFTI presided over the
meetings. Secretary, Ministry of Commerce, Vice Chairman, BoD, BFTI, President,
ICCB, Vice Chairman, BoD, BFTI and Administrator, FBCCI, Vice-Chairman, BoD,
BFTI were present at the meeting. Among the other members of the Board of
Directors, Secretary of Finance Division, Secretary of ERD, Secretary of
Ministry of Industries, Rector of Foreign Service Academy, Vice-Chairman of
EPB, Chairman (Additional Charge) of BTTC, Administrator of CCCI, President of
BCI, and President of DCCI were present at the meeting. In the AGM, Dr. Saif
Uddin Ahammad, Member-Secretary, BoD and CEO (Additional Charge), BFTI
presented the Audited Accounts and Annual Report of the Board of Directors for
the FY 2024-25. The AGM received, considered and adopted the Audited Accounts
and Annual Report of the Board of Directors for the FY 2024-25 and also
approved the re-appointment of Arun & Company, Chartered Accountants as
auditor for conducting Audit of the Financial Statements of BFTI for next FY
2025-26.
