Bangladesh Foreign Trade Institute (BFTI) and City University signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on 9 June 2024 at Academic Block, BFTI. Dr. Md. Jafar Uddin, Chief Executive Officer (CEO), BFTI and Brig. Gen. Prof. Dr. Engr. Md Lutfor Rahman, Vice Chancellor, City University inked the agreement on behalf of their respective organizations.
The MoU was witnessed by Mr. Md. Obaidul Azam, Director, BFTI, and Prof. Dr. Zulfiqar Hasan, Dean, Faculty of Business & Economics and Head, Department of Business Administration, City University.
Mr. Ariq Islam, Director, Communication & Member, Board of Trustees and Mr. Shaheduzzaman Choudhury, FCA, Treasurer attended the ceremony along with other representatives of City University. BFTI officials and faculty members of City University were also present at the event.
Through this partnership, BFTI and City University pledge to co-operate in research, training and capacity-building activities and educational programs.
